2010 Vintage:

From our other site. Again dry and the vines which are naturally smaller than the Serine site and have smaller berries were largely unaffected by the drought but benefitted from the hot year.

Picked at over 24 brix the wine reflects the smaller juice to skin ratio and has lovely big soft tannins and shows largely black fruits.

The Wine:

A big ripe wine with excellent structure. Black and red purples.

On the nose shows black current and blackberry fruits, spices and gamey characters. Full, silky and long on the palate and just goes on and on showing a new layer of flavours.

Again black fruits, spices, and finishes on big but soft tannins.
